Less than 400 meters from the sandy beach of Forio d’Ischia, Villa d’Amare is an elegant 100 square meter residence with rooms furnished in a Mediterranean style and an enchanting view of the sea. In all it can accommodate up to 6 people: 4 in the 2 bedrooms with bathroom and another 2 on a sofa in the living room.
Completely independent, the house also has a large garden all around the structure where there is a comfortable swimming pool more than 3 meters long, 5 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep, which is accessed via a Roman staircase. The pool is also equipped with a hydromassage and is illuminated. Outside, sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrellas and tables complete the equipment that is certainly embellished by an infinity that offers the sensation of diving into the open sea.
Outside there is also a dining area with a table for 6 people and an umbrella placed on a panoramic terrace that offers the possibility of direct access to the house. From here you can enjoy suggestive sunsets and wait for the sun to rise while all around, the view of the gulf will mark the slow passing of the hours.
Inside, very bright rooms with bright white walls and floors will give a feeling of warm welcome, cleanliness and sunshine. The furnishings and architectural details have been designed to emphasize the beauty of the typically island tiles, illuminating the various rooms with shades of white and beige, blue and blue inserts.
Very refined, with canopy beds, precious fabrics, curtains and ton sur ton furnishings, the bedrooms are spacious and welcoming.
The living room, with glass table, white chairs and large sofa, boasts a maxi opening overlooking a postcard landscape. In the kitchen you will feel like you are living a dream looking out the window which opens onto the garden and then onto the sea. This area of ​​the house is also equipped with every comfort: sink with double basin, hob with 4 burners, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and much more.
