Nestled within a fantastic wine estate in the famous Chianti Classico area, Villa Castellina is close to Castellina in Chianti, the Unesco heritage sites San Gimignano and Val D'Orcia and art cities such as Florence and Siena.
The villa greets you with the charming character of a countryside residence. Welcoming rooms, with elegant finishes and Tuscan-style decorations, provide the setting for rooms and annexes with all amenities.
The main house consists of 4 bedrooms, two living areas including a lounge for all house guests and a loggia for everyone to eat together and enjoy the peace and ntimacy of the villa.
The main floor provides quick access to the gardens, while an infinity pool offers panoramic views of the Chianti hills.
The two annexes consist of four double bedrooms, a large living room and an open-plan kitchen.

The price does not include:
- Security Deposit: € 500
- Electricity and heating € 600 per week (april,may,september,october)
- Elettricity and air conditioning € 300 per week (summer season)
- Final cleaning € 250 per week
- City Tax: € 2 per day per person, up to a maximum of 7 days
