Situated on an 8-hectare private estate, this magnificent villa with a tufaceous rock-carved pool overlooks the sea, offering a unique and unforgettable experience.
Villa Venere is designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation. The main area features an open space with a large window offering breathtaking sea views. The master bedroom has the option to add a crib for children. The mezzanine with a double futon offers an intimate corner with a sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The elegantly furnished bathroom has a shower, while the fully equipped indoor kitchen includes an oven and wine cooler.
For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, Villa Venere offers an external kitchen with a barbecue and wood-fired oven, perfect for preparing delicious dinners under the stars. The flowering pergola creates a romantic and charming atmosphere for al fresco dining and convivial moments.
The pool's opening is not guaranteed from October to May.

Important Information

HEATED SWIMMING POOL
To reach a pleasant and mild temperature of approximately 28°C, the heating system requires around 48 hours. For this reason, we kindly recommend requesting the service well in advance.

The supplement for activating the heated pool service is:

€75.00 per night, with a minimum stay of 3 nights

The heated pool service is available from April to October.

DEPENDANCE USE
Includes access to a laundry area and an outdoor kitchen equipped with an electric oven.

Service available upon request, with the following supplements:

€50 per night (April–October)

€75 per night (May–June)

€100 per night (July)

€125 per night (August)

HOUSEKEEPING CLEANING SERVICE
Available upon request, with a daily supplement calculated on an ad hoc basis, depending on the number of guests, length of stay, and specific requirements.
