Villa Tapas

A prestigious villa located in Punta Asfodeli, just a five-minute drive from the center of Porto Rotondo on the northeastern coast of Sardinia. Villa Tapas is set in a large private area that features a large, manicured Mediterranean garden of about eight thousand square meters. The interior design blends classic and country styles, creating a charming and welcoming atmosphere.
The villa is composed of the main building and an additional structure. There are a total of four bedrooms plus two bedrooms for the staff and six bathrooms. The main building comprises a large living room with a fireplace and a dining room where ten people can sit comfortably. Additionally, there are a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one single bedroom, and one room with a three-quarter bed, which have a shared bathroom. The secondary structure features two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a small kitchen.
The center of the famous tourist resort of Porto Rotondo is only four kilometers away from the villa. There is a prestigious yacht club and many restaurants, boutiques, bars, and entertainment venues. We recommend visiting the following magnificent beaches in this area: Ira, Sassi, Punta Volpe, Punta Asfodelo, Marinella Beach.
