Villa Sky is a luxury holiday villa located in Torre delle Stelle on the south coast of the island, 20 min. by car from Cagliari – Sardinia’s capital. The property was completely renovated in 2020.
This prestigious home takes part of the private condominium that offers various services: kids’ playground, tennis club, nautical club, bowls club, church, pizzeria, supermarket etc.
The unique position of the property, at the top of the promontory, offers a breath-taking Mediterranean Sea view.
Villa consists of 5 independents apartments/suits with equipped kitchen + 1 apartment without kitchen with 2 children’s bedrooms with shared bathroom (1 with a bunk bed and 1 with a raised double bed) for 25 sleeps in total.
All apartments have a private independent entrance.

The villa is divided into four levels with a stunning sea view.
The outdoor spaces offer 2 infinity swimming pools, jacuzzi, 3 barbecue areas, 5 panoramic terraces and one solarium, parking for 5 cars. Each level has its own outdoor dining area with a big table.
