Villa Saturn

Located right by the sea, two hundred meters from the fabulous beach of Lu Impostu, in the tourist resort of Puntaldia and near the town of San Teodoro, on the northeast coast of Sardinia. It is easily accessible from the Olbia airport, from which it is only 20 km away.
The villa is spread over two floors and has a total of six bedrooms, each of which has its own private bathroom with shower.
The villa features a contemporary style and has a large living room, measuring about two hundred and fifty square meters, and a fully equipped kitchen.
All rooms are air-conditioned. In addition, there is a small utility room with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator.
The house, from which there is a spectacular view of the sea, has an immense, manicured 6000-square-meter garden, a pine forest, and a small sandy beach.
Finally, in the villa's courtyard there is a comfortable sunbathing area and an outdoor shower.
Villa Saturn is part of a complex of beachfront villas surrounded by a pine forest and is very close to the beach of Lu Impostu. The house is located in the resort of Puntaldia, where there is a marina, a golf course, tennis courts, many stores, a supermarket, restaurants, and other facilities. We highly recommend visiting the following beaches nearby: Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Salina Bamba, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Suaraccia. Finally, about 8 km from the villa is the town of San Teodoro, where you will find many entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, and stores of all kinds.
