Together with the comfortable lounge in the living room you will find, connected by an open space, also a kitchen equipped with everything you need to make your holiday unique: 5-burner hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, convection oven, washing machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, utensils and dishes.
The house is perfect for hosting families or groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is located in an annex and offers absolute privacy.
The large outdoor garden will give you the opportunity to relax by the pool with its infinity edge that seems to plunge into the open sea. The solarium area is very large. Here you will find sunbeds for tanning but you can also lie quietly in the shade surrounded by greenery, the scent of the Mediterranean scrub and the turquoise of the beautiful coasts of Sardinia. A barbecue is also available.
Leave here for a splendid excursion to the island of Tavolara or its splendid marine park or, again, to discover Cala Brandinchi or Cala d'Ambra. Olbia - Costa Smeralda airport is only 20 kilometers away. There is a tennis court and a golf course nearby.
