A stone's throw from the sea, the real star of this fascinating landscape, the villa is designed in a horseshoe shape: the large panoramic terrace equipped with a swimming pool, an elegant dining area and large spaces for the ultimate relaxation are the main features of this property.
The villa, fully renovated in 2021, is just 300 meters from the beautiful Lu Culumbu beach and 800 meters from the romantic Baja dell'Amore (Bay of Love). The center of Portobello, where you can find every service, can be easily reached on foot.
Upon entering the villa, you will find yourself in the spacious living room with a panoramic sea view that is a real treat for the eyes. The kitchen features a stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, appliances and pantry.
The sleeping area has a double bedroom with a separate entrance, sea view, fireplace and private bathroom with shower. Then, there is a second double bedroom, with a sea view as well, and a bedroom with 3 single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower. The last bedroom, which can be double or twin, also features a charming sea view and a private bathroom with shower.
Finally, the sleeping area also includes the two spare bedrooms located on the lower floor that share a bathroom with shower, for a total of 6 bedrooms.
Villa Mirto is ideal for those who like to spend their vacations in a heavenly setting. We also provide our guests with a cleaning service for the entire duration of their stay and the possibility of organizing boat trips and delicious food and wine tours. Finally, the prime location makes it easy to reach the trendiest areas of this beautiful island, such as the Costa Smeralda and Porto Cervo, which are only about sixty kilometers away.
