Villa Miami is located near the charming historic city of Marsala, a place rich in history and culture, and is easily accessible from the city center.
As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a beautiful garden with a large pool and sophisticated elements made of tuff and local stone. Local tuff is used in an original way for both the exterior and the interior of the dwelling, creating a unique and distinctive style.
Once inside, the modern, well-equipped kitchen and bright living room create the perfect atmosphere for spending convivial moments with friends and family. On the ground floor, you'll also find three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and showers, and next to one of them a relaxation room with a sofa bed.


To access the terrace, you will have to go up an outside staircase. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the Aegadian Islands, and here you will also find a bedroom painted lilac with a private bathroom.
A short walk from the estate, you will find the Stagnone Nature Reserve, one of the island's most fascinating natural treasures. The "Stagnone" is a lagoon that contains four islands, including the incredible island of Mozia, with its ancient Phoenician fortress that can be visited all year round. Here, you can also admire some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in western Sicily, frequented by kitesurfers from all over the world.
Don't miss the chance to also visit the Marsala Salt Pans, where the picturesque windmills create a unique and romantic atmosphere, especially at sunset. If you are lucky, you may spot a flock of elegant pink flamingos inhabiting the reserve. In this enchanting place, the beauty of nature and its thousand-year history blend to create an unforgettable experience for all visitors.
