Villa Liam is only a 5-minute drive from the Punta Pizzo nature reserve, where the bay of Gallipoli begins. South and north of this beach there is an area, that stretches for kilometers, featuring picturesque shores with crystal clear water and rock alternating with golden sand.
The villa is a newly renovated trullo featuring a private property of 2000 m2 covered with Mediterranean vegetation.
The villa has been refurbished in an eclectic style. On the one hand the bare rock, typical of rural Salento buildings, and on the other a colorful and cheerful interior design that juxtaposes well with the white painting.
The property consists of a modern architectural part, squared off and with large windows, and a part obtained from the ancient trullo: here, the walls are undulating, seemingly carved out of the rock.
There are a total of 3 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. However, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, the villa can accommodate up to 7 people. The living area is bright and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a living room with a corner sofa.
The outside is the real place to experience: the pool is connected to the porch by a staircase, but the first thing that comes to mind when you walk out the French doors is to take a dip!
Villa Liam is located in Torre Suda, in a quiet and peaceful area of the plain of the village, only 1.5 km away from the nearest services and restaurants.
