Villa King

Villa King is a villa with pool located in Aradeo, in the heart of Salento, 17 km away from the coast of Gallipoli, with architectural features typical of these areas. In fact, the structure is very linear, with limestone elements and the round arches.
The light-colored paint scheme of the exterior creates a pleasant contrast with the green Mediterranean scrub surrounding the entire villa, a large 20000-square-meter wooded park.
The building is spread over two floors, totaling more than 300 square meters, has 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and accommodates up to 12 people. On the ground floor, the large living area is divided into a dining room and a living room with a fireplace, and a separate kitchen. The furnishings are classic and simple.
Externally, a roof terrace, shaded by a large pergola, provide an amazing view of the swimming pool, which is completely surrounded by vegetation.
The villa has all amenities and is 1.5 km from the nearest restaurants and stores.
