Villa Eat

Villa Eat is a splendid 18th-century villa, fully renovated and located in the heart of the Chianti countryside, in a strategic position between Florence and Siena. Surrounded by the rolling Tuscan hills, the property offers privacy, tranquillity, and an authentic atmosphere, with panoramic views over Monteriggioni and the Chianti Classico area.

Originally built as a wedding gift, Villa Eat has always been an elegant holiday residence and today represents the ideal solution for family gatherings and groups of friends. The villa is rented exclusively on a private basis and can accommodate up to 14 guests.

The interiors, furnished in traditional Tuscan style, are arranged over two levels and include 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms.
Five bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A guest toilet (WC) is also available on the ground floor.
Six bedrooms are located on the first floor, some with double beds and others with twin beds that can be joined, while one additional double bedroom is located on the ground floor. Air conditioning is available in all first-floor bedrooms and in the ground-floor bedroom.

Outdoors, the villa is surrounded by cypress trees and olive groves and features a private, non-heated swimming pool, generally open from May to October, accessible from the rear of the property. The sunbathing area, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, is ideal for relaxing while enjoying the peace and beauty of the Chianti landscape.

A caretaker lives in a separate apartment within a portion of the building, with a completely independent entrance from the rear of the villa via a dedicated service gate. The caretaker is responsible for pool maintenance, irrigation and garden care, external cleaning, and waste management. He works discreetly, usually early in the morning, and does not access guest areas unless requested.

Villa Eat is located a short distance from the village of Staggia Senese (approximately 2 km), 8 km from Poggibonsi, 17 km from Siena, and about 45 km from Florence. Its location is ideal for exploring the Chianti Classico wine routes and visiting charming destinations such as Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, and Volterra.
