This is a beautiful modern beachfront villa in Villasimius, on the southern coast of Sardinia, with private access to the sea and sandy beach. It is a real gem surrounded by a manicured Mediterranean garden with a beautiful lawn and fantastic panoramic views.
The house has several levels and comprises 5 double rooms, all of which have private bathrooms. There is also 1 single room, living room and dining area, kitchen, and 7 bathrooms. All rooms have an outdoor terrace equipped with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast outside.
