Masseria Skypool

This is a luxury villa with swimming pool in a newly renovated 19th-century farm with swimming pool, located in Montesano Salentino, Lower Salento. It is equipped with all comforts and can accommodate a total of 14 people.

The villa consists of three units. The first unit accommodates 8 people and is the main body of Masseria Marchese.

When you enter the building, you are in a spacious hall with a stone wall, a big fireplace and a large sofa. From here, you go to the first suite that features 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, stairs leading to the wooden loft with 1 king-size sofa bed.

At the heart of this first unit is the dining room, which is connected to the back entrance, the kitchen and a living room equipped with a king-size double sofa bed. The living room faces the inner courtyard with a rock garden.

The kitchen area comprises two spaces, one for meal preparation with a kitchen made of iron and an ancient fireplace made of stone from Lecce. The other space next to it is used as a pantry with a chest freezer, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and large shelves to store food.

The second unit accommodates 4 people. It is characterized by a longitudinal structure with barrel vaults and is located in the basement of the farm. There is a large open-plan area with a four-poster bed and a small living room equipped with armchairs and 2 king-size double sofa beds.

Next to the open-plan area, there are 1 bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. An iron and wooden staircase leads to the historic tank dug into the rock, used as a wine cellar. This unit can be reached by two stairs that connect the floor with the garden and pool area.

The third unit, accommodating 2 people, can be accessed from the porch, which has a pitched roof with wooden frames. The outbuilding features a double bedroom, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower converted from an old oven.

The Masseria with swimming pool also has a large, 50-square-meter sunbathing area with misting system, open bar area and relaxation area furnished with sofas and table in olive wood. In the area of the pool, there is also a bathroom, a solar-powered outdoor shower, chaise longues and sofas right by the pool.

The pool, located in the natural depression of the land, has a rectangular shape and is complemented by a curved portion featuring a hot tub area with seating in the water. There is a cervical massage system with a water jet gushing from an amphora.
